WEBFeb 2, 2022 — on iPhone, go to Settings / Music. Selected "Downloaded Music" and on the Downloaded music screen, left swipe the "All Songs" row to display the red Delete button. Press Delete to delete your entire music library off the iPhone. Sync again from iTunes to iPhone. Problem should be resolved (was on my iPhone 13)
