I’d like to see the flow diagram for when the circuits are open, closed, temp circulation, egr, Comfort - 2014 Limited Ram Box 4x4 GDE ceramic coated downpipe amsoil fluids in everything. Go - 2015 M4 BM3 tuned with custom exhaust. Stupid fast.

WEBAug 28, 2021 · If the heater doesn't output heat and the radiator isn't hot when its overheating you have an issue with coolant flow. Validate the above with a IR thermometer. (top rad hose should be inline with the indicated temp before it overheats then not inline with the indicated temp when it overheats)

WEBAug 27, 2021 · Refilled with Mopar 68163848AB coolant mixed to 50/50 with a vacuum fill tool each time, to prevent air locks. Checked for combustion gasses in the coolant (leaking head gasket or warped head) using UView Combustion Leak Tester. Checked for collapsed hoses during active overheating event.

WEBAug 8, 2022 · I have a bad coolant leak in the back of the engine. Dealer said it was the bango hose that goes from the top side of the block, to the bottom of the turbo charger. Dealer wants over $4000 to replace this 8 inch hose.

WEBMar 15, 2022 · Replacing the coolant line is fairly easy, only have to remove one banjo bolt to pull off the old hose and install the silicone hose. Watch the video below and you will feel much better about tackling this job. Also, use masking tape and a sharpie to label everything before disconnecting.

WEBMay 4, 2020 · I can't find the coolant flow path diagramed anywhere and not sure which side it flows to from there. I filled as much as I could and got the oil temp to 216 in the garage and the overflow tank did expand a bit from max cool line to max hot line.

WEBJul 24, 2017 · The EGR cooler was actually breached and causing positive pressure in the entire cooling system. This is what apparently blew up water pump. The positive pressure was also causing the coolant escape through the overflow hose off the reservoir which was causing the coolant loss.
