WEBJan 9, 2022 · On my 5.5 gen, I have album art work not show up when I set itunes to automatically lower the bitrate as jt syncs. I turn that option off and just encode it to the bitrate I want, sync the new bitrate music to the ipod, and then delete from itunes.
