WEBApr 7, 2021 · I went to "My products" on my autodesk account and the Revit software that was shown was 2019, the very first program I installed. I reinstalled 2019 and inputted the serial number that was in the information box. (I am unable to see my 2020 Revit serial number) Once it redownloaded - I was able to access 2019 Revit. But I need Revit 2022.
