FYI, I have updated my AUR package to also provide this new native build for users of Arch based distributions who want to test see heidisql on the AUR. The wine based package is still available as heidisql-wine. I have personally done a quick test and connecting via SSH tunnel to a MySQL DB via libmariadb.so and some basic edits worked fine for me.
HeidiSQL has 64 bit downloads, as you can see on the download page. The installer installs the 64bit version on 64bit Windows, and the 32bit version on 32bit Windows.
Yes, HeidiSQL does not yet support authentication for a SQLite database. Adding support for a login will require changes to HeidiSQL itself, and probably a different sqlite3.dll than the one shipped with Heidi.
Yes, HeidiSQL as of the latest version, for a new server, will continually display the host key store message. If I click yes, it doesn't appear to actually do anything anymore, as if I try to connect again, I get the same message.
