There is nothing like seeing them in person. The Fountains of Bellagio were destined to romance your senses. Take in a spectacular show of thoughtfully interwoven water, music and light designed to mesmerize its admirers. It is the most ambitious, choreographically complex water feature ever conceived and its absolutely free for any visitor to enjoy.

A lot of the smaller restaurants inside the casinos were closed while the outside ones remained open. In other words Strip restaurants, stores/gift shops were open back on February 16. Everything else seemed the same to me compared to my visit in July 2019.
Q:
We have a handicapped person who wants to see the fountains. Where can we park where the walk is not too far

I would say park at the Paris. It has the best View. To be honest, just park in the paris hotel garage. It is FREE during this covid pandemic. And its RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET.
