The lake and area around it are very nice. The swans you can paddle on the lake are fun. BUT the homeless have over taken the area. I did not feel safe or comfortable. Full review by Candicet72

Yes, if you take any bus that says Lynxx downtown station and then you can walk a few blocks and it's not far from the bus station.

It's a 1.1 mile scenic loop around the lake. It is heavily trafficked with walkers, dogs, and runners. I don't believe you can rent bikes at Lake Eola, but there are bike rentals in downtown …
