We like to try beaches with unique sand, this one is up there. The Chocolate brown sand is very different, still soft to walk in. It was fun to watch the surfers too. Full review by Trevor P

Hi! For those interested, we found the answer to this question!! There are benches along the walkway with smoking cans for cigar and cigarette smokers to use. So although it is VERY windy here, it looks like it is ok to smoke if you are indeed a smoker. Thanks for the help to this question, but we figured it out. It's ok to smoke along the shore.
