Police found a woman’s body inside the trunk of a car when a pursuit ended in a crash Tuesday night in El Cajon

A crash during a police chase ended with the discovery of a woman’s body in the vehicle’s trunk, California cops reported. Officers began pursuing a black Hyundai Sonata that had reportedly been involved in a possible kidnapping at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, El Cajon police said in a news release.

The suspect in a pursuit in El Cajon Tuesday night that ended with the discovery of a dead woman in the trunk of the vehicle was related to the victim, police said in an update.

The suspect's brother discovered their mom's lifeless body in the trunk of her car, according to police in El Cajon
