Professional women's basketball is coming to Greensboro
GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Greensboro sports announcement is underway Wednesday, according to Zawyer Sports and Entertainment. The announcement will be held at the Novant Health Fieldhouse at 11 a.m. Recently, the city announced a new hockey team -- The Greensboro Gargoyles. The team will begin its first season during the 2025-26 season.
