Marshall County voters have spoken. Alcohol sales will be permitted county-wide. Many of the cities within the county like Guntersville, Boaz, Albertville, Arab and Grant have been considered “wet” for many years.
Voters approve alcohol sales across Marshall County
With 73% of voters in favor, the county will transition from a "moist" status—where alcohol sales were limited—to a "wet" county, where alcohol can be sold throughout the area. As a result, businesses will now be able to sell alcohol in all parts of Marshall County.
