The head of NATO plans to say the military alliance needs to increase its air and missile defenses by 400% to counter the threat from Russia

Secretary-General Mark Rutte plans to say in a speech at the Chatham House think tank that NATO needs thousands more armoured vehicles, millions more artillery shells, and a 400 per cent increase in air and missile defence.
