A 75-year-old woman died after a fight with an employee at a Tim Hortons restaurant in Indiana last week.

Police in Fort Wayne, Indiana, have released surveillance video and a statement after an altercation in a local Tim Hortons ended with a 75-year-old customer dead of a heart attack.

Grayson’s daughter, Tawnda Grayson, said her mom had congestive heart failure, had just gotten a new heart doctor and was wearing a heart monitor a week before the incident.
