Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell teased the potential return of the SuperSonics during his address at Benaroya Hall, and the crowd didn't seem to appreciate the joke.

Along with the rain on Wednesday, winds will also pick up. Gusts up to 45 mph are possible through much of Wednesday.
