The Chicago Bears interviewed Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken and Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady for their head coaching job Friday. Monken, a Chicago-area product, and Brady lead offenses with MVP candidates at quarterback in the Ravens' Lamar Jackson and the Bills' Josh Allen.

The Bears are scheduled to interview Ravens OC Todd Monken for their vacant head coach job on Friday, per Adam Schefter.

The Jaguars also have interviewed Tampa Bay Buccaneers OC Liam Coen, former New York Jets coach Robert Saleh, Las Vegas Raiders defensive coordinator Patrick Graham, Kansas City Chiefs DC Steve Spagnuolo and Detroit Lions OC Ben Johnson and DC Aaron Glenn.

The J Jaguars got the ball rolling, requesting interviews with multiple coaches around the league including Ravens OC Todd Monken.

The top head coaching candidate this hiring cycle is Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, and it’s not particularly close, but former Georgia offensive coordinator and current Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken deserves more recognition.

The Las Vegas Raiders have some roles to fill in the offseason, and while many names are floating around the market for the head coach vacancy, could the Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator be the answer?
