New York Gov. Kathy Hochul on Tuesday demanded $13.5 billion in tariff refunds for New Yorkers following last week’s Supreme Court ruling overturning the bulk of President Trump’s import taxes.

The court's ruling was narrow and only addressed the IEEPA tariffs, which only accounted for a fraction of the tariffs President Donald Trump imposed on foreign countries.
