Brittany Watts of Warren is suing Mercy Health and the Warren police department following her arrest in September 2023 following a miscarriage in her home.

A woman called Cleveland Heights police when her boyfriend drove her car away without her permission. By the time officers arrived, the boyfriend had brought back the car. Officers, however, learned that both the man and woman were wanted on warrants.

Police said Stevan Bobic wore a police vest and told people at a Linthicum Heights motel that he was a Baltimore Police officer.

The woman allegedly used bear spray on a group of people during an event and when officers intervened, she also sprayed them before running away on foot in an unknown direction.

Lyndhurst police were called to CVS/Pharmcy on Richmond Road when a man and woman were seen pushing out of the store a cart filled with stolen merchandise. The woman was arrested for theft, and both were found to be wanted on warrants.
