It's been almost 20 years since Daniel Craig first starred as James Bond in 2006's "Casino Royale," and after two decades, the actor truly doesn't care about where the franchise goes next. Craig said during a Variety video titled "How Well Do They Know Each Other?

Speculation is rife over who could be the next James Bond since Daniel Craig stood down from the role back in 2021 - now the actor has given his verdict.

"I don't care," Craig point-blankly responded with a laugh when asked which actor should take over the Bond mantle (via Variety ). It's not dissimilar to what Pierce Brosnan said when asked, which was a brief explanation followed by a general "I don't really care."
