‘Outrageous’: Masked attackers strike, injure Jewish students at DePaul U.
This is not the first targeted attack against Jewish students on campus this year. During a Rosh Hashanah celebration at a University of Michigan rabbi’s home last month, a masked gunman forced his way inside, threatened the students, and demanded valuables, The College Fix reported.
Over the last year, the ADL locally has tracked a 300% increase in the number of antisemitic incidents in Chicago.
DePaul finished 3-15 at home last season while going 3-29 overall. The Blue Demons averaged 64.7 points per game last season, 13.2 from the free-throw line and 18.9 from deep.
