A 32-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint by a stranger on Sunday in the Central West End after the stranger helped him get his vehicle freed from the snow.

According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, a 40-year-old man's car got struck in the snow while he was trying to enter the parking garage at Parc Frontenac apartments at 40 Kingshighway Blvd. That's when an unknown male in an SUV helped him free his car.
