CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WEAU) - Aspirus Health says it is seeking to build a hospital in Chippewa Falls. According to a press release from Aspirus Health, the health system is collaborating with Chippewa Falls officials to advance plans for the construction of a new local hospital.

Aspirus has completed preliminary plans for a new hospital and clinic that could be open to the public in as little as 18 months

The proposed hospital would include emergency and inpatient beds, primary care, lab and imaging services, the health system said.
