Sony has neglected to update gamers about the status of its PlayStation network which is affecting every service with the exception of the PlayStation Store.

This is arguably the biggest PlayStation Network outage to date, resulting from a cyberattack that affected 77 million users worldwide. It lasted for over 23 days, and Sony compensated gamers with free games for the PS3, PSP, and even 30 days of free PS Plus for eligible users.

Gamers hoping to spend an evening in front of their PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4 may be out of luck, as Sony’s gaming network is suffering a massive outage on Monday night.
