HOUSTON — A second suspect has been charged with capital murder in connection with the December shooting death of Houston taco truck owner Yaddua Barraza Hernandez, according to new court documents filed Friday.

Last Friday, two men were found shot near a METRORail platform in Houston's Midtown area. Now, Houston Police say one of the men is being charged with the other man's murder.
