Boston Celtics stars Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum will team up in this year’s NBA All-Star Game as members of Team Shaq in the new-look format.

Jaylen Brown was announced Thursday as one of the seven All-Star reserves from the Eastern Conference. It was the third straight All-Star nod and fourth in the last five years for Brown, who will join East starter Jayson Tatum at the midseason showcase in San Francisco on Feb. 16.

The three teams for the 2025 NBA All-Star Game were selected Thursday night on TNT by the "Inside the NBA" crew of Shaquille O'Neal, Kenny Smith and Charles Barkley. Each analyst selected eight-man teams for the 24-player pool available.

Of the 24 players who will make up the three eight-man teams for the revamped All-Star Game on Feb. 16 in San Francisco, Brown was the last pick.
