The Denver Broncos are heading into the offseason with a lot of momentum. They punched their ticket to the AFC playoffs in 2024, even though no one had that type of outlook for them ahead of the year.

The former Ole Miss stand out signal caller is moving up draft boards after an excellent showing at the combine.

Despite an impressive season led by rookie phenom quarterback Bo Nix, the Denver Broncos are still left with plenty of holes to plug during the 2025 NFL draft.

The Nix family took Tez Johnson into their home when he was 15 years old and while he was not legally adopted, Johnson now considers Bo Nix to be his brother.

"The scope procedure that caused Broncos QB Bo Nix to pass up his first-ever Pro Bowl appearance last month was to his ankle, per source," Klis tweeted earlier this week. "It was a pre-existing matter -- not something that happened during the season -- that Nix wanted to get cleaned up, per source."

The Denver Broncos could go in several different directions in the 2025 NFL Draft, but the goal should be to find players to aid in the development of quarterback Bo Nix. This 7-round mock draft accomplishes that.

Nix, a fourth alternate for the Pro Bowl, did not want to interrupt his offseason schedule by delaying the surgery in January. It was characterized as a minor clean-up, similar to procedures several players have done after an NFL season. Nix has been a regular at the facility this offseason, facing no limitations in his workouts.

"The details are everything with Bo," quarterback instructor David Morris says. "He's really intense about the way he works."
