CBS Saturday Morning hosts Michelle Miller and Dana Jacobson got emotional during their final goodbyes during their last show, after the network axed them amid a major shake-up.
After six years at CBS 17, an on-air meteorologist is leaving the station. But Laura Smith isn't just departing the station; she's also leaving the TV news business, she said in a social media post announcing her decision. "This career has shaped me, pushed me, and given me memories I'll carry forever," Smith said in the post.
An insider said Gayle King could be pushed out of CBS as she is facing ailing ratings. The broadcast company is reportedly eyeing a former NBC star for the role.

Miller, Jacobson, and executive producer Brian Applegate were cut from the show as part of October layoffs at CBS.
