Gujarat’s former CM Vijay Rupani, killed in the Air India crash, was laid to rest in Rajkot. CM Bhupendra Patel and other leaders paid tribute, while his family and supporters mourned his legacy and loss.

Three days after the crash, only 35 bodies had been handed over to relatives from an overall official death toll of 270.
