FOX 26 Chief Meteorologist Mike Iscovitz shares an update on the arctic blast headed toward Texas and our chance for actually getting snow along with hazardous ice.

Houston's first freeze of the year may be over, but another one is headed our way next week—and so is the possibility of some snow. "There are no bones about it, next week looks pretty cold," said meteorologist Eric Berger of Space City Weather in Houston.

Scattered mainly light rain showers Wednesday with the best chance south of I-10 near the coast. Thursday will be partly sunny and mainly dry with a 10% rain chance. For next week, long-range models indicate the chance of another arctic blast early next week which could bring the coldest air so far this season!
