In the just-concluded visit to the US, the Leader of Opposition (LoP) in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi met the man, Amit Kumar, who belongs to Ghogripur village of Karnal. During his meeting the Congress MP promised Amit Kumar that he would go to his home in Haryana and meet his family.

Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, visited Ghoghripur village to meet the family of Amit Maan, a local youth recently injured in an accident in the United States.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is set to meet with professionals from various sectors here on September 25 that will provide a platform for open dialogue on challenges faced by them in Jammu and Kashmir and allow their voices to be heard at the national level.

On his recent visit to the US, Congress leader had met Amit Mann, who was injured in a truck accident, and his friends and promised to meet his family back home.

Amit Singh had gone to America one and a half years ago where he had met with an accident and was injured. On his meeting with Rahul Gandhi, Singh was promised that Gandhi would visit his house and video call him.

Rahul Gandhi spent a little over two hours with the family of a man, who met with an accident in the US, in Haryana’s Karnal.
