The grey market premium (GMP) of SD Retail IPO is Rs 45 as of 6:59 p.m. on Monday, implying a 34.35% gain over the IPO price

Ahmedabad-based Sleepwear-focused company SD Retail Limited (“The Company”), which designs, manufactures, outsources, markets, and retails sleepwear under the brand name “SWEET DREAMS,” has raised 1849.

The SME IPO season appears to be in full swing, as small and medium enterprrises in the country look to spread their wings in the time to come.

The grey market premium (GMP) of SD Retail IPO is Rs 35 as of 07:53 a.m. on Friday, implying a 26.72% gain over the IPO price, according to Chittorgarh's unit Investorgain. The estimated listing price based on the GMP is Rs 166 per share.

SD Retail's SME IPO opened for subscription today and will close on September 24. The company aims to raise Rs 65 crore through a fresh equity issue of 49.60 lakh shares, priced between Rs 124-131 each.

Manba Finance is an entirely fresh offering of up to 1,25,70,000 shares without an offer of sale component, and it is a book-built issue of Rs 150.84 crores.

The initial public offering (IPO) of Manba Finance Limited will hit the Indian primary market on 23rd September 2024, i.e. tomorrow. The upcoming IPO will remain open for bidders until 25th September 2024,

The lender has finalised allocation of 37.71 lakh equity shares to anchor investors at a price of Rs 120 per equity share.
