Area of low pressure-system will develop in the Western Caribbean Sea or the Gulf of Mexico by early next week. All models are showing a tropical system developing then moving north to northwest.

After Hurricane Francine made landfall in Louisiana and an unnamed storm brought heavy rain to the Carolinas, the National Hurricane Center is now watching three areas for potential tropical development over the next seven days.
