So you got a new Apple device over the holiday season? Here are five awesome Apple intelligence features to try right now.

You’ll be prompted to set up Apple Intelligence right after upgrading to iOS 18, but if you need to set it up later, head to Settings in iOS: Tap More for Your iPhone, and then Set Up Apple Intelligence. You’ll get an explanation of some of the AI upgrades you can use, and a short demo of how they work.

Apple Intelligence isn’t turned on by default, You need to enable it to get started and can turn it off at any time. To get going, open Settings (System Settings on Mac), then select Apple Intelligence & Siri. On the next screen, tap Get Apple Intelligence.

When the System Settings menu opens, click on the Apple Intelligence & Siri option in the lefthand menu and then make sure that Apple Intelligence is enabled. If it's not, simply click on the toggle switch to turn it on and you're good to go!
