Overnight, Wall Street's Dow Jones index fell 0.70% in a sign that sellers were looking to re-establish their dominance at 45,000, the horizontal resistance identified by highs reached in December and January. A potential bearish reversal from here could sour sentiment in the crypto market.
Firefly on Monday said it plans to sell 16.2 million shares at between $35 and $39 apiece in the IPO. At the $37 midpoint of that range, the Cedar Park, Texas, company said it expects net proceeds of about $557.8 million, or roughly $643 million if the underwriters exercise their option to buy an additional 2.43 million shares.
