For days, the San Antonio Spurs were the odds-on favorites to acquire Kevin Durant from the Phoenix Suns. But something changed recently, and there is a new team in the running. According to DraftKings Sportsbook,

the T-Wolves likely have interest in Durant like they did around the time of the trade deadline back in February, but "nothing is close" to getting done between Minnesota and Phoenix as of Saturday.

If Miami can secure Durant and sign him to a long-term deal, they could quickly reemerge as contenders in the Eastern Conference.
