Titans offensive assistant Payton McCollum was selected to be a QB coach at the East-West Shrine Bowl and will work with Shedeur Sanders' team.

The Tennessee Titans didn't have the kind of season that they were expecting in year one under Brian Callahan. In fact, the Titans were so bad that they won the race to the bottom and now have the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft, even after a season where there were a record number of teams losing game after game.

Payton McCollum, the Titans’ assistant wide receivers coach, has been selected to coach quarterbacks from the West in the 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl game. That contest will be played Jan. 30 in Dallas, with McCollum guiding Sanders and the other West quarterbacks in four practices as well as the game.
