All lanes of the Brent Spence Bridge are reopened after authorities arrested a Cincinnati man who was wedged underneath it following a police pursuit.

Traffic across the Brent Spence Bridge came to a halt Monday as police worked to free a man who wedged himself underneath the bridge during a pursuit.

Cincinnatians have spotted what appears to be an above-ground pool near the Ohio River. In reality, it's a temporary water storage tank that yes, looks like an above-ground pool. And it's owned by Duke Energy.
