Authorities ID Clarkfield, Minnesota, standoff suspect shot by SWAT team
Kasey Paul Willander, 27, of Clarkfield, was identified as the suspect shot during a standoff that lasted hours. The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating the use of force by officers.

An adult male was shot and killed by a deputy with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office after authorities say he exited a residence armed with a weapon during a during an approximately six-hour standoff in Marrero on Tuesday. The Sheriff's Office has not yet identified the man.
