A 40-year-old man is dead after a crash on I-94 in Waukesha County on Tuesday, Dec. 24. The crash happened in the Village of Summit at 6:41 p.m. when a tow truck operator was loading a disabled vehicle on the shoulder of eastbound I-94.

The tow truck driver who was hit by a minivan and later died on Dec. 24 in Waukesha County has now been identified, and a suspect is now in custody, according to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office. The sheriff's office said the tow truck driver has been identified as Hussain Farhat, an employee of Yaffo Towing, which is out of Chicago, Illinois.
