Ice Festival Sculptures, carving demos around town this weekend COMING UP THIS WEEK. By Emily Meier Harbor Light Newspaper Contributing Writer | February 5, 2025. Over 40 unique Ice sculptures will decorate the downtown Harbor Springs streets beginning this weekend as the City of Harbor Springs Downtown Development Authority (DDA) hosts the 8th Annual Ice Fest.
