If your monitor/TV has a headphone jack, you can connect that to your LIne-In on a PC and mix that sound to only your headphones (possibly via VoiceMeeter Software Mixer) and you'll hear the audio with no delay. If that's not an option, you could possibly use an HDMI splitter that has an audio-out connector to connect to your Line-IN on your PC.

Mute the HD60X's video feed, add it again as an Audio Input Capture (Should show up as Game Capture HD60 X), and see if that resolves it.
