Nobody saw it coming because he's been injured almost the full season in the past 2 seasons. Even fans in Charlotte feel so traumatized by his missed time that his play currently doesn't register.

Nov 5, 2024 · Lamelo has a TS % of 62.3% this season with a usage of 35.1%. Compare that to Luka with TS % of 51.2% with a usage of 34.2%. Cade is at 58.5% for TS and 31% usage. Lamelo is taking on much of a bigger workload than Cade and putting up better shooting numbers than Luka. That's not a poor man's anybody.

Nov 3, 2024 · I'm not projecting Ball to keep this up all season, but if he does even if he's a poor defender he can be a Top 10 player if Harden was 8th in MVP voting despite his defense. That season Harden had a 5.6 BPM, 0.206 WS/48. Ball is at 3.8 and 0.120. Harden was a serviceable defender with a 1.0 DPM.

Feb 10, 2021 · On the other hand, if Lamelo gets consistency, he has a lot of advantage over Ja, because of his size, so he may finish scoring and defending better than Ja. While I think he already has a better vision and passing. Luka is consistent at shooting like garbage from 3 and cant play defense. Top. Braggins.
