I caught a few of the movies during the final Harry Potter Weekend on Freeform at the end of 2017, and saw that Order of the Phoenix and Deathly Hallows, Part 1 had deleted scenes added in, and not always very smoothly.

The blacks are washed, you can sometimes see the blocks on the image. But they are convienet because they come around 3-4Gb per release. A good quality 720p is typically 5-7Gb and a 1080p release is 10+Gb.
