Fill your cupcake liners to about 2/3 full. (All things like temperature etc equal, a 2/3 full liner will give the perfect cupcake shape. With an underfilled liner, the cupcake won’t rise to the top and an overfilled liner will cause the cupcake to overflow ) My vanilla cake batter is thin so I like to use a batter dispenser, but a 3tbsp scoop for thicker batter would be perfect.
