MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- A domestic disturbance in the predawn hours of Wednesday resulted in a dead suspect and an injured Deputy. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a home in the 26000 block of Aberdeen Drive in Magnolia around 4:45 a.m., after someone called 911 reporting an altercation between family members. MPD charged Kemond Johnson, 31, with Capital Murder that occurred on November 28, 2025, at about 4:10 p.m., in the 2600 block of Shadowood Court. Johnson was identified as the suspect, taken into custody on December 5, 2025, and booked into the Montgomery County Detention Facility. Please note: A criminal charge is an accusation.
