I went to try the Beef Rib Pho at Savor Vietnamese Cuisine in Santa Rosa today. It was the perfect weather for soup! I was surprised at how tender and soft the rib was. I have seen this pho on social media but we haven't had it available locally until recently. I would definitely order this again but it is only on the menu for the holiday season so if you wanted to give it a try, you better hurry. They will have it at the Windsor and Rohnert Park locations this weekend. | Diem Martin
