A 33-year-old St. Michael man has been fined after being caught with cannabis within the precincts of the Supreme Court. Police say Julius Demario Ifill of Richards Land, Bush Hall was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis on January 19th. The drug weighed just over seven grams and has an estimated street value of fifty dollars. Ifill appeared before Magistrate Oliver Thomas in the District “A” Criminal Court on Tuesday, where he pleaded guilty. He was fined seven hundred dollars, to
