E-ZPass Maryland offers Discount Plans that deeply discounts standard toll rates. However, if you travel on toll facilities infrequently, then E-ZPass Discount Plans may not be the best choice for you. If your monthly statement shows Unused Commuter Trips (UUCT) charges, then you are not commuting or traveling frequently enough to use the required trips within the Discount Plan cycle period.
