Want that bakery-style muffin dome?✨ Start baking at a higher temperature for the first few minutes ,this gives your muffins that quick rise (oven spring) that creates the dome. Then reduce the temperature so they bake through perfectly without burning 💛 DM to order your chocolate chip muffins #freshlybaked #muffins #homebaked

Use my tips to make bakery style muffins with a large dome top. The secret is the baking temperature of 425 degrees F for 7 minutes, then baking at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes until done. Another tip is to make sure you fill the batter all the way to the top and rest the batter for 15 to 30 minutes before baking makes a big difference, too! | Ambitious Kitchen
