That moment we were just south of a heavy rain-wrap in the Texas panhandle with sirens blaring. This storm was tornado warned and had a really impressive meso on radar, I have no doubts this was likely down within that rain. Sometimes, rain-wrapped tornadoes are probably more like rain-filled tornadoes because of the heavy precipitation likely falling in/around them.
